A very personal journey into health, fitness and nutrition.
At NewU we believe in the old adage “Feed a man a fish, feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and feed him for a life time. I will teach you how to;

  • How to stay fit for life.
  • How to gain optimal health.
  • How to maintain perfect weight for life.
  • How to maintain correct body composition including % body fat.
  • How to eat correctly to suit your life style and get optimum nutrition.
  • How to attain a balanced life.
  • How to set goals and achieve them.
  • How to be the best you can be and enjoy your life to the fullest.

You will be given home training programs, nutritional programs, cloud based training diaries, nutritional diaries and sites to use so that we can work very closely to make sure you achieve your goals. All specifically tailored and written for you.

You will be held accountable with follow through. Sometimes we need to be lead, sometimes pushed and sometimes held.
I use a number of techniques depending on the client’s needs.


  • Weight training and strength conditioning,
  • Body weight training.
  • Suspension training.
  • Boxing.
  • Yoga. (Private studio)
  • Metabolic resistance training.
  • HIIT (high intensity interval training).
  • Running technique and intervals,
  • Kettle bells.
  • And much more.

NewU has some great private facilities.

There is no need to join or pay for a gym membership or feel intimidated by others.

You will always get on the piece of equipment required.

A safe and secure environment to concentrate on your workout.
